By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where security breaches are suspected.

8. Responsible Gambling & Player Protection

11. Fantasy Contests and Prize Pools

All contests operate as pool betting, where entry fees from participants are combined into a shared prize pool. Fantasy Boss Ltd deducts a platform commission ("rake") from each prize pool prior to distribution. Net prize pool is awarded to winning participants based on published payout structure. Winnings credited within 24 hours of settlement. Unclaimed winnings inactive for more than 12 months may be forfeited.

12. Game Rules and Scoring

Each contest operates according to published rules available within the app. Fantasy scoring based on live sports data from approved third-party providers. Scoring adjustments may occur if data feed corrections are made. In the event of material scoring disputes, Fantasy Boss Ltd's decision is final.

13. Entry Fees

Entry fees are payable in advance for each contest. Entry fees are non-refundable except in the case of contest cancellation.

14. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonus offers may include deposit matches, free entries, or other incentives. Each bonus has specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry dates, withdrawal restrictions, and abuse prevention measures. Abuse of bonus offers may result in forfeiture and account closure.

15. Account Suspension, Closure & Self-Exclusion

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of breach of Terms, suspected fraud/collusion, responsible gambling concerns, or regulatory requirements. Self-exclusion can be activated at any time via account or Gamstop. Once excluded, access and marketing cease. Self-exclusion is binding until period expires.

16. Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest has started. If a contest is cancelled due to technical issue or system failure, entry fees will be refunded within 72 hours.

17. Inactivity and Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deemed inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, account may be closed with balance subject to dormant account process.

18. Player Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Open multiple accounts for bonus abuse
• Circumvent eligibility requirements
• Collude with other players
• Use automated software (bots)
• Exploit software bugs
• Transmit harmful code

Violation may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

19. Fair Play, Anti-Collusion & Fraud Prevention

Active monitoring for unfair play. Suspicious activity may trigger reviews, voiding, or prize forfeiture. Cooperation with investigations is required. Repeat violations may result in referral to law enforcement.

20. Dispute Resolution

Complaints via email to support@fantasyboss.co.uk. Acknowledgement within 24 hours, resolution aim within 8 weeks. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to ADR provider. ADR provider's decision is final and binding.

21. Third Party Services

Partners include payment processing, identity verification, data feeds, and technology services. Users consent to necessary sharing of information. Fantasy Boss Ltd accepts no liability for outages caused solely by third parties.

22. Data Protection & Privacy

Compliant with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Full details in Privacy Policy. Users have legal rights over personal data.

23. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design elements owned or licensed by Fantasy Boss Ltd. Limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal entertainment. Commercial use, redistribution, or reverse engineering prohibited.

24. Warranties and Disclaimers

Platform provided "as-is" and "as-available". No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. All other warranties disclaimed.

25. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for:

• Losses of winnings, profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill
• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Force majeure events
• Errors in third-party data feeds

Total aggregate liability limited to entry fees paid over preceding 6 months.

26. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Fantasy Boss Ltd from any loss arising from breach of Terms, improper use, or violation of law.

27. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays from circumstances beyond reasonable control including acts of God, war, network failures, government actions.

28. Amendments to Terms

Right to amend Terms at any time. Material changes notified 7 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
